« Our family of 5 had a great stay in the cabin. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the host included many amenities to make us more comfortable, snacks and toiletries made the stay extra special. The cabin is well maintained and well stocked, a great rental for families. »

« The house was clean and pleasant; the beds were comfortable; the AC worked well, and there was coffee and filters in the cabinet for the coffeemaker. The house was an easy drive to most of the local New River attractions and restaurants. The shower head was even adjustable between a wide and concentrated spray. »

« Great place!!! Tucked away in a beautiful setting. Quiet and relaxing. Gave special attention to so many small details! Checking was easy - Host communicated so well. Kitchen was fully functional. Did not need for anything! »

« This is a charming house with tons of amenities. We loved our stay. It was a great home base for our WV adventures, located near many outdoor activities but in a calm, peaceful spot. We loved the firepit, the grills, and the board games (Clue forever!). William was wonderful to work with, very responsive. All the stars! »

« House was exactly as described and pictured, very clean, great proximity to town, comfortable beds. Only thing that caught us a little off guard, but really can’t be shown in a picture, is a definitely “basement smell” you get in an older house…it was the first thing we noticed when we walked in. Recommend bringing a couple plug-in air fresheners! But, we would still stay ij it again for all of the other reasons cited. »

« This little house was quite roomy and cozy. The host provided check-in and WiFi information on request only, but responded quickly to all our questions. WiFi was spotty, which probably isn't unusual this deep in the countryside. The washer was broken when we got there. The kitchen cupboards were full, yet I couldn't find a matching lid for the big pot, nor was there a ladle. There were 2 versions of the check-out instructions: one unedited one on the living room table, and one edited one in the...

« Stayed at this location for my son's wedding. The host was very accommodating. If back in the area I would stay there again. House was very clean too. Host stayed in complete communication too. Provided me the information I needed early as I would not have access to emails before arriving. »
