« The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. »

« Expensive cleaning fee added, only to find some parts had not previously been cleaned. Other guests made a lot of noise on the echoing stairs including shouting from one apartment to another. »

« The property is in a perfect location for exploring the city. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful in identifying parking, restaurants and sights. We would definitely recommend this property. To be noted: there is no elevator and while this apartment was on the first floor, others may face a climb. »

« Nice rustic and quainte atmosphere. We had to check out early because my partner was allergic to the room. You know old "castles" can be damp. My partner is very allergic to mold and mildew and we had to leave after 2 nights. The only other problem was I kept hitting my head on the beam in the loft where the bed was. The place was clean. Great location. »
