Guest Access:

The home uses self check-in. Your unique entry code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

Located at the end of a private drive, you'll be tucked away from the hustle and bustle while still just a short drive from all the stores and comforts you need.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Appleton and the greater Fox Cities area. The home is tucked away at the end of a private drive, offering a peaceful setting while keeping you close to the area’s main destinations.



Downtown Appleton is about 5 minutes away by car, while Fox River Mall is approximately 8 minutes away. Oshkosh is about 20 minutes south, and Green Bay is roughly 35 minutes north, depending on traffic.



Uber and Lyft are available in the area for rides to downtown, restaurants, events, and other nearby destinations.



Other Things to Note:

Riverfront Retreat is tucked away at the end of a private drive, offering a quiet and private setting with beautiful river views. Please drive slowly when entering and leaving the property, and keep the drive clear for other vehicles and emergency access.



All three bedrooms are located on the lower level, so stairs are required to access the sleeping areas. The home may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty using stairs.



The deck, patio, and sunroom offer a wonderful view of the river. Please use caution near the water, supervise children and pets closely, and do not enter or swim in the river. River conditions and currents can change, particularly after rainfall or during high-water conditions.



The fireplace is available for guest use only if [gas/wood-burning fireplace instructions] are followed. Never leave a fire unattended, and make sure the fireplace is completely turned off before leaving the home or going to bed.



The property is in a quiet residential area. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor conversations, music, and activity at a reasonable volume, especially during evening and overnight hours



No parties, events, unregistered guests, smoking, or vaping are permitted inside the home.



Interaction with Guests:

We want you to feel at home and enjoy Riverfront Retreat on your own schedule. Self check-in makes arrival easy, so there is no need to meet us in person.
