« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. »

« Check in was stressful. The code on one of the apartments did not work, in fact the lock looked like it was falling off the door. There was very little toilet paper, no hot water in two of the showers, upstairs bedroom was cold with only a light blanket on bed. The managers were helpful and immediately responsive to fix these issues but it was too bad that the apartment was not ready for us. Excellent location in downtown Newport. »
