„Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars. „Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you ...

„My wife and I loved this apartment, it was as nicely updated/kept as advertised. It is literally a 45 second walk down to Thames Street right by all the bars, restaurants and shops but importantly just far enough away that it is quiet which was amazing since our 7 month old was with us and he slept through the nights without any issues. „The host always responded to dQuestions before and during stay. Great accommodations, comfy beds, well stocked. Would be great in the warmer weather as backyard has a nice setup. “

„Check in was stressful. The code on one of the apartments did not work, in fact the lock looked like it was falling off the door. There was very little toilet paper, no hot water in two of the showers, upstairs bedroom was cold with only a light blanket on bed. The managers were helpful and immediately responsive to fix these issues but it was too bad that the apartment was not ready for us. Excellent location in downtown Newport. “
