Everything was going well until we checked into the property. We had specifically chosen an apartment with a bath and sure enough, there was a bath but with a gaping hole in it just above the plug hole. I contacted the property management through email, asking them to contact me which they did by return email within minutes asking for details of the problem. This I did and was met with radio silence. No response from emails, messages through the Vrbo platform and no answer on the phone number I had. I eventually found a number on the internet that got a response only to be told that the bath was fine, it was just old! I emailed a photo of said hole and made the lady stay on the line until she had received it. Oh, she said, it’s a hole!!!! She said she would call me back when she had spoken to department that dealt with problems. I eventually rang her back after waiting for over an hour and was told I could either use the shower, which was over the bath or cancel the reservation and find somewhere else myself as they couldn’t. The toilet also didn’t flush but luckily, my husband did a temporary fix on this to get us through. The kitchen sink had a large crack in it so water leaked into the cupboard below every time we washed dishes. i could go on!! The lack of communication and complete lack of support was horrendous. I will never use this company again. I also received an email reminding me of the check out time as they had other guests arriving, I feel sorry for them!!!
