« The 1st room was facing the street,, traffic noises all night,, did not sleep much,the staff was wonderful,changed to a quite room, but the mattress was bad,,, The morning buffet was very poor in their selections,only watermelon,,a few sides. Beautiful looking hotel inside and out,,, »

« Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. »

« The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a really pleasant stay. Breakfast was easily the highlight, with top notch traditional Filipino dishes that felt fresh, flavorful, and worth waking up for. The room and common areas were well kept, and everything felt comfortable throughout the stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was pretty unreliable at times. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and comfort, but the internet could definitely use improvement. »

« Room was clean and exactly what I reserved. AC worked well. WiFi was excellent. Loved that they had Netflix ready to use in the room. Enjoyed their breakfast buffet. »

« Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

« Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel. »

« This hotel is cute and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the building had so many issues from the day we checked in. Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then...

« The room was clean, the staff were outstanding, amenities were good. Everything was great, would've been perfect if the toilet had a toilet seat. I will stay again next year. »
