„Gaining entry was a nightmare. It was impossible to enter without filling in an online form for both of us and the form wouldn’t accept our passport and other details. When we spoke to the owner he was helpful but it was a terrible and stressful start to our stay. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs. "The villa‘s surrounding with its garden, pool etc. ist just amazing. Otherwise the hotel is really good but unfortunately didn‘t match with our high expectations, considering the price tag. Two examples: Pool drinks were served in small plastic glasses and tasted average (20€ each). At breakfast you‘d have to pay extra for special‘s like egg benedict. Overall really good hotel, but from our point of view to expensive for what you get."

"Excellente position de l’hôtel, près de San Domenico et à quelques minutes de toutes les monuments. Chambre correcte, très propre mais d’un style très simple. Seul bémol mais qui a un intérêt que pour les PMR : A savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans l’hôtel, et il y a des escaliers partout."
