« Our 2nd stay and will be back! Perfect location for what brings us to MO. It’s great to just walk around ash grove for errands! The host and her daughter were 100% amazing. Clean property, near a few trailers, which was never an issue. Great front porch to storm watch and the inside was stocked and comfortable! »

« Cute little overnight place. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. A couple of small things to consider. The only heat is from a mini-split and it was in the 20s the night we stayed and the unit definitely had trouble keeping it warm. We had a fan with us and when I pointed it towards the ceiling that helped a lot getting warm air moving. Water pressure wasn’t great but I had gotten a last minute message stating that this might be the case. All in all I would stay here...

« Very cute house! Lots of space for gathering and theres a handful of board games if you need an indoor activity. Best water pressure I've ever experienced at a rental house. Kitchen is fully functional and lots of room in the yard for dogs to run. »
