Back at our bright, funky studio, you'll unwind on your private patio with city and mountain views. One king bed, one full bath, a private entrance, and free daily attraction tickets, including Biltmore Estate, for stays under 28 nights.



The Space:

THE SPACE

We designed this upstairs efficiency studio for guests who love being in the center of it all. You'll come in through your own private entrance to a bright, open-concept room with a comfortable king bed, a Smart TV with streaming, fast wifi, and a desk with a dedicated workspace, so it works just as well for a remote-work week as for a long weekend. The studio is yours alone, and we've set out extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, towels, and high-quality bath essentials so you can settle in right away. Heating and air conditioning keep you comfortable year-round.

KITCHEN & DINING

Our well-equipped kitchenette has what you need for easy mornings and simple meals in. You'll find a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave, a stove and oven, a Keurig and coffee maker, a toaster, cookware, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. When you'd rather eat out, plenty of cafés and restaurants are a short stroll away (see The Neighborhood below).



OUTDOORS

Step onto your private patio, settle into the outdoor seating, and take in city and mountain views with your morning coffee or an evening drink. Many guests tell us the patio makes the studio feel larger than its footprint, and we think that's the best part, too.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

You're in West Asheville, right on Haywood Road, one of the city's most walkable stretches. Browse the boutiques, record shops, and bookstores of Haywood Road Shops (2 min walk), then grab a casual bite at Asheville Sandwich Company (4 min walk), pastries and coffee at OWL Bakery (5 min walk), or dinner at The Admiral for New American (5 min walk). Biscuit Head for breakfast is a 3 min drive, and Nine Mile for Caribbean-inspired food is a 6 min drive. For a change of scenery, New Belgium Brewery's riverfront taproom, with views, food trucks, and outdoor seating, is a 5 min drive. The River Arts District, full of converted warehouses, galleries, studios, and murals, is a 6 min drive, and downtown Asheville's historic spots, indie shops, and restaurants are 8 min away by car.



FREE DAILY FUN

Your stay includes free daily attraction tickets for select local experiences, including Biltmore Estate, for reservations under 28 nights. It's a lovely way to explore and save a little money.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Check-in: Self check-in with a smartlock. We'll send your door code 2 days before arrival, so there are no keys to pick up and no one to meet.

• Parking: Free parking is included with your stay.

• Stairs: This is an upstairs, walk-up unit with no elevator, so please plan ahead if stairs are a challenge.

• Noise: The studio sits above a separate lower-level unit and next door to a working lumber yard, so daytime noise is common, especially on weekdays. Nearby bars can bring some music on weekend nights. If you're a light sleeper or are looking for total seclusion, this may not be the best fit, and we'd rather you know up front.

• Finding us: The studio is tucked back from the street, so please give yourself a few extra minutes when you arrive.

• Pets: We're sorry, no pets at this unit.

• Wifi: Fast wifi that handles streaming, Zoom calls, and working remotely.

Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the entire studio. Entry is via a smartlock—code sent 2 days before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

If you want to explore West Asheville, there's a great website OnHaywood dot com (spelled out because Airbnb removed the link). This website has links and info on West Asheville restaurants, shops, music venues, clubs and businesses. Haywood Rd is the main street in West Asheville. Our Airbnb is on Haywood Rd, on the east side, between the River Arts District and central West Asheville. Some people call it "East West Asheville" because it is the east side of west Asheville.

Walk to local restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Downtown and River Arts are just a quick drive or Uber away.



Other Things to Note:

This is an upstairs unit with private entry. Please note there’s no elevator. This apartment sits above a separate lower-level unit and next door to a working lumber yard — daytime noise is common, especially on weekdays. It’s walkable to the best of West Asheville, but expect some city bustle. Not ideal for light sleepers or those seeking total seclusion.
