  • This is a beautiful new upstairs 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk. This wonderful new top level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, attached bathroom and smart TV. Second room has a queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundle bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

This was a great stay for us - 2 couples attending OSF plays over a weekend and just generally enjoying the city of Ashland. The property was very well appointed, clean and quiet when it was time to sleep. Plenty of room and privacy. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and gracious. The deck faces east so it’s a nice place to watch the sun rise but it is in shade in the afternoon when it’s warmer!

We had a great time here. It was close to everything so we could just walk. The place was very clean & comfortable. This was my 2nd time staying here & I'd stay again.

The property worked really well for us. We stay with my son and his family. They had their own bedrooms with a shared bathroom and we had ours. Stairs are a little steep but doable especially with the handrails. Nice clean furnishings and plenty of televisions.

With 5 women coming together for the festival this was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, plenty of parking for our 2 cars. 5 of us slept comfortably. The host was super responsive and even checked in on us to ensure we had everything. The laundry room was an added benefit. Close to many restaurants and Safeway. Farmers market close by on Tuesday. 15 minute walk to the theatres or a 2 minute drive. Thank you for a great visit!

Parking limited to one vehicle space on the property for a 3 bedroom place. Coffee maker and coffee provided but NO coffee filters whatsoever - why? Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Lots of windows, nice views. Road noise pretty loud with windows open.Would have been nice to know in advance when door code would be made available.Easy check out procedures.thanks!

Great time at Amber’s place!

We have now stayed Amber‘s place five or six times and each time it has been delightful. It is in a convenient location, the deck has a fabulous view, we always have a quick response for anything we need. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This is our second year staying here for a girl's weekend! It's a great location and a cozy environment to have a chill morning before the plays. The host responded to our needs and we were very happy! We'll probably stay here next year too!

I can’t speak highly enough of this unit, and the folks who run it. It’s immaculately clean and filled with natural light that highlights its uplifting aesthetic. Plus the owners are great. There was a bug in the app for booking, but in short order I was able to meet up in person, work out a solution, and I even got to checkin early. Whatever brings you to Ashland, this place will only add to your experience and put you in the right head space for whatever adventure awaits.

Very comfortable stay in a perfect location!

A wonderful condo that was very comfortable for a family of four. Just one block from downtown, we could enjoy all of Ashland’s restaurants, shops, and Lithia Park without needing to drive.

Close to the theater. Lovely upper deck with view. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Will definitely stay here for our visit to Ashland.

This unit was impeccably clean with everything we needed. There were 2 flights of stairs to get in with excellent handrails on both sides. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet. I had to ask for the entry code. But when I did ask, I received it in less than 10 minutes which is a truly impressive response time. That's the only quibble I have about the place, and it's extremely minor. It was an easy walk from the Shakespeare Festival and downtown and convenient to SOU. Highly, highly recommended.

Location, Location, Location

Beautiful rental, with an excellent location if you are in Ashland to see plays. Home was well stocked, very clean, and a great fit for our small family. The location cannot be beat. Close to supermarket, downtown Ashland, and theaters. Owners extremely responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to our family and friends, it’s a great find!
