There was plenty of space inside for our things as we had 3 paddleboards and a large float that we brought for the bay. We enjoyed cooking family meals in the kitchen. The parking is a bit tight, but in san diego, everywhere is tight parking. I was able to fit a 16' ford mustang in the spot, the key is just to reverse in and be careful.
