« We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. »

« Overall very good has a few issues with the property, but these were out of the owners control. Other things to note is that the washing and drying machine are outside of your unit. They also charge you to clean your laundry. Parking will also get very crowded and you do not have reserved spots. Do not park somewhere else, you will get towed and that is a 300 fine. « This really is a fabulous Ocean City property. There were 3 in our party - my wife and I (who took the bedroom) and our 11 year old son who slept on the very comfortable sofa-bed.
