This property has the potential to be a GREAT rental - right now, I'd say it's a good rental. It's located in a secure gated Community called Roca Verde and has stunning views. The kitchen is very well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and there are plenty of linens and towels. The property manager is great - very responsive to all of our queries. We were disappointed however in the fact that it advertises a hot tub, but it doesn't work. The water is cold and the jets don't function. The lounge chairs are very dirty, and two of the three of them were torn and un-usable. Also, many of the the faucets in the house are in need of repair - as you are turning them on or off, if you're not very careful, they come right off in your hands. All in all, we had a great stay in a great house. With a few minor tweaks/fixes, I would rate this a five out of five.

House worked well for our family
The house is just as pictured/described. It was clean and in a wonderful little town. The view from every room is beautiful. The suggested restaurants were delicious and very accommodating for people who don’t speak the local language. The suggested places to visit offered a little bit of everything for our group. The driveway is a bit steep but you do easily get used to it. Would have been nice if the jacuzzi was heated. All in all we had a great stay.

November 7-15th 2023
I stayed here for my 21st birthday with my 3 of my friends and family members, upon arrival from the airport Piet picked us up and the process was smooth and easy. Upon arrival we were absolutely stunned. The property was gorgeous and exactly like the pictures, and the surrounding town is such a lovely personable area. We had so much fun and everything went according to plans.

Really nice house, but with a problem with a nest over the ceiling
Very nice stay at villa green. The house is located is a very quiet place and it has all facilities. The host was really helpful solving the problems we had with the bathroom drain and the house alarm!! :) The only relevant problem we had is a bird that should have its nest in the gap between the tiles roof and the wood ceiling, and during the night it sometimes started singing or scratching, and the noise in the ceiling difficultted us to sleep in the top room (the master one)...

Great stay
House was nice, pool was great to cool off on the warm days. Plenty of towels and cookware. Although most homes do not have A/C, it would have been nice on the hotter afternoons. The management team is great. Highly recommend the house.

Beautiful views in a beautiful home
This property is a beautiful home with gorgeous views from the patio. The home was spotlessly clean and well appointed. There was plenty of seating on the patio, and options for eating both inside and outside. The primary bedroom and bathroom had beautiful views and were spacious. Overall this is a really nice property. Our interactions with the property managers were fantastic. They were quick to respond, flexible, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

En un silencioso residencial se ubica esta casa que disfrutamos por 4 noches. La tranquilidad alrededor permite un descanso permanente. Aunque no está cerca de mayores atracciones turísticas, si tiene tiendas a 5 minutos para el abastecimiento mínimo requerido. La amabilidad de sus propietarios y un equipamiento completo permiten que recomiende este sitio para personas que quieren retirarse de la ciudad a descansar, estudiar o trabajar por unos días.

Beautiful view
The house was beautiful and beds we comfortable. Host were very helpful. Location was not far from a local grocery store and gas station and places to eat. The hot tub is an extra fee of $50. We were going to pay the extra fee but when we stayed here, we were told it was not working and that was a bummer. We stayed at the end of march and the water in the pool was not warm enough to want to swim. I would recommend this place to stay in, just wished the hot tub was working and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Hi, Thanks again for staying with us at villa Vista Verde. The jacuzzi has a new heater and is working. We didn´t offer it to guests yet when you stayed at the property, but we understand it would have been nice to use it. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us.

Lovely property. Property manager extremely helpful. Beds a little hard for our taste, but otherwise covers, sheets superb. Kitchen had plenty of cooking dishes, pans, etc. Beautiful view from house, with lovely porch to enjoy the sun setting in the evening. Gated community, which was also nice. MAnager arranged for us to have a cook on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful!

Hosts were very easy to work with and made our stay easy. They also offered a menu of options to make our trip more special. House had a beautiful view and we felt very safe. Great location close to highways, grocery stores, and more. House was well maintained. Kitchen fully equipped. Will definitely stay again.

The home was lovely. An amazing evening and morning view from the back deck. The host was amazing. and very responsive. There was also a comprehensive binder telling us about the home, the area and recreational activities. Great place to stay.
