Overall the property is neat and the hosts (owners of the property) seemed nice. There were both positives and negatives to the stay. Overall what I liked: - Decor/Theme - the house was neat and provided a lot of room. - Communication from the host - the host was responsive when we exchanged communication. -Proximity to Points of Interest - this was close to State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium and others. While the stay was not bad there are a number of items that I want to share with other potential travelers as to reasons I likely would not stay at this property again: - Location/Neighborhood: while this property is close to many points of interest in Atlanta the neighborhood is currently in a mixed state. There are houses on the same block boarded up. Since this was a trip with my daughter and her friends we chose to drive vs walk despite the proximity of the venue. - Additional Fees - Charging additional fees for guests (children) for a one night stay isn't something that I have encountered at other rentals. - Deposit - This is the biggest item that will significantly prevent me from booking a rental again through VRBO/Expedia, they took full payment for the deposit at the time of the reservation (over twice the cost for the night) and nearly 2 weeks after my stay it has not been refunded. They have held this for 37 days as of the writing of this review, 11 days after my checkout and it still has not been returned.

House is very accommodating. It’s one of my favorite homes I’ve rented. Lots of room for a girls weekend and walking distance to the stadium.

Fantastic place

Very comfortable and incredibly well appointed. The hosts were great and communicated well and had everything we could need in the place. We were 4 coworkers and we had plenty of space for collaboration and for privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

A walk from Olympic Park

We stayed at this residence for a convention. It was a 5 minute walk from State Farm Arena. The home itself was immaculate. The attention to detail and decor was spot on. The finer details and courtesy of the owners was beyond welcoming. Snacks and drinks added was extra kind. The place was clean and in better kept condition than a fine hotel. Very spacious. Accommodations could have housed twice as many as our crew. I am not very familiar with Atlanta area. Safety was a bug priority for us. We had zero issues and felt comfortable at this locations. Having the driveway to park our two vehicles off the road was great.
