The space wasn’t ready upon arrival. Host took my money for early check in without assuring the space was ready. I checked into the space well after the check in at 4 was waiting in the lobby for over an hour. Also there was no heat my entire stay was told a maintenance team would be sent… never came. Yes the apartment matches the pictures, but parking under the unit was crazy expensive with no in and out privileges. Ended up parking in a lot about 0.2 miles away from the unit… after getting booted in a lot across the street. Would be nice if guests were given some type of visitor pass during the stay to park with the residents… Host a polite guy just felt like I didn’t really get what I paid for. Lacked professionalism and wasn’t a smooth process at all. The no heat thing was definitely a problem considering upon arrival it was snowing. Weather didn’t go over 40 degrees my entire stay.. I was cold.
