1,300 SF townhome. Downstairs includes living room, dining room, full kitchen, and half bathroom. Upstairs includes 2 master bedrooms each with full luxury private bathroom as well a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Living Room Area: 75" Samsung 4K Smart TV, contemporary sofa with high density foam cushioning, accent chairs, TV stand, coffee tables, decor, stone fireplace, playing cards, board games, plenty of books, coasters and a Googl Nest Audio speaker.

Workstation: Separate dedicated workstation has also been included & is perfect for anyone working remotely.

Dining Area: Counter height dining table for 4 people with a view to the front yard.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances (Refrigerator, Oven, Stove, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher), Keurig K-Classic Coffee Maker, Cooking ware, Utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Coffee cups, drinking glasses, Wine glasses, baking ware, cutting boards, PUR water filter pitcher, and refrigerator with ice maker.

For your security and safety, outdoor building cameras have been installed. We live in a nice and quiet neighborhood and would like to ensure that many more awesome VRBO guests can continue to enjoy this cool place for years to come.

We do not allow parties, pets, smoking, firearms, or illegal substances inside of the townhouse. Minimum fines will be enforced. We ask all guests to keep the place in reasonably clean shape during your stay, avoid eating upstairs, and to check-out on time as cleaners have a narrow window to prepare the home for the next guest. House rule violations may result in the cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal from the premises. Quiet hours between 11:00 pm through 9:00 am.

Guest will be able to access the entire townhouse with exception of 1 interior storage closet and 1 storage closet in back patio.

Googl Nest voice-activated assistants are placed in the living room and each bedroom. If you need an alarm, just say "Hey Googl ... set an alarm for 7:00 am". If you want music, say "Hey Googl ... play my favorite artist".

Keurig K-Classic coffee machine is available for your convenience. Cream and sugar will be provided as well as a K-cup 8-pack of quality medium-roast coffee. We recommend you bring your own K-cups if you prefer another flavor or will need more during your stay.

The townhouse will come with a “starting kit” for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergent, etc. during your short-term stays. For longer stays, you may need to buy extras nearby.
