* This beautifully decorated home accommodates up to 8 guests making it an ideal retreat for families and friends. While close to various restaurants and attractions, you may find it hard to leave once you arrive! The residence features a delightful sunroom, a chef’s kitchen, televisions in all but one bedroom, karaoke nights, and a large projector screen for family movie evenings. On rainy days, enjoy the game room, which includes a pool table, ping pong, and a video game machine.. Your family or group will be thoroughly impressed.

* The private pool can be heated, provided the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. Please note that there is an additional charge of $100 per day for pool heating, as it incurs extra utility costs. Many guests prefer not to heat the pool, especially from June to Oct when the temperatures are typically high.

* The jacuzzi spa is connected to the pool. Please communicate with the hosts in advance regarding the days and times you wish to use it to ensure it is ready for your enjoyment. There is a $50 daily charge to heat the jacuzzi spa.

* Imagine starting your mornings with a cup of coffee and breakfast on the balcony, which features a large umbrella for sunny days. Spend your afternoons by the pool or casting a line off the dock for some fishing. In the evenings, relish cooking on the large gas grill by the pool and serving dinner at the outdoor table, where everyone can share their daily highlights.

* A Fun Treehouse is on the property (for those that are adventurous can sleep in the Tree House), it does have TV, AC, Heat, and a small Fridge

* Whether you seek relaxation or wish to explore nearby attractions such as Stone Mountain Park, Downtown Lilburn, Duluth, or Lawrenceville, this home offers a magical experience! Please know that we'll require a quick verification of some additional details (like your email address) once your booking is confirmed, to ensure everything goes smoothly and complies with local regulations.

The Person booking the reservation MUST BE present as you are responsible for your Guests OR arrangements made with management (fines & immediate termination of the reservation may apply)

* You must assure that everyone staying in the property has read the house rules.

* Only the Primary guests are allowed to make requests to us since you are responsible for the property during your stay.

* No filming or commercial endeavors on our property without written permission from management.

* As we know, the longer you stay, the more cleaning that must be done--Any stays Longer than 7 days will be billed an additional cleaning charge of $100.00

*Unfortunately due to unexpected low temps Pool can not be heated in Jan and Feb or when temps fall below 60
