Für eine Nacht ok - preislich zum Teil deutlich unter anderen Hotels… - erkauft mit etwas älterer Ausstattung. Parken kostet 20.- Dollar - eher günstig. Alles in allem ok, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist ;-)

The property was nice and room was clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars was because of a very rowdy neighbor. They were screamimg, banging against the wall, slamming doors and turning up music loud. The staff came right away and addressed it... but it started again 10 minutes later. I didn't want to keep calling the frint desk, so we waited until 12:30 for the noise to stop.

Unfortunately sheets and some towels stained. Also lamps dusty but the staff was Excellent and very kind. The place itself is outdated but the lobby is very nice and big conference room. I would stay again there but I would definitely make sure all bed sheets are changed and they should throw away stained towels and such.

Very nice desk service. Clean and convenient to transport and shopping and to some casinos. Hotel needs a renovation, but it’s a good alternative to casino hotel. Will return.

The property is located in a good area, close to shopping and transportation. The staff were very nice. The rooms are too outdated and the carpet was extremely stained and dirty (I did not trust putting my bare feet on it). The towels were stained with questionable marks. Some of the pillows covers looked dirty. The pillows were super uncomfortable and made my neck hurt. Overall, the rooms need a complete makeover.

There rooms need to be updated. I was there for one night and everything else was nice, the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The location is convenient for shopping and traveling especially if you're attending any event at the AC Convention Center.

this property is not really up to sheraton standards..needs a remodel asap to charge the price they are charging and look like a Sheraton hotel. maybe clean the bathrooms a little better and pit some pressure on the toilet water.

I didn’t like the room I was given had a split room door to another room and it was unlocked. Also rooms was hollow you can hear clearly the hall noise and the neighbors noise from that door in our room

I made my reservation ONE year in advance of my stay. Four days before my reservation date was to commence, Sheraton cancelled my reservation to accommodate a much larger group, who reserved their block of rooms MONTHS behind the date when my reservation was made. I feel it was under-handed and will intentionally avert making any future Sheraton reservations. I have nothing but KUDOS for Hotels.com. They rose to the occasion to make up Sheraton's deficit.
