« Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance...

« The listing was not accurate. Stated there were 2 queen beds, I measured them with my crochet tape measure and they were 51 x 72, smaller than a standard full size bed. There were 3 people on our reservation, we had 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, no hand towel or kitchen towels. Messaged host about 7:30 regarding towels and very noisy window air conditioner in one of the bedrooms,got a reply about 9:30 stating that the unit was well stocked for our visit & air conditioners were working. « I was hoping to love this place, but the ower has terrible customer service and communication skills. She was rude, passive-aggressive, easily triggered by having to provide basic clarification about where the property was located, inflexible and chastising. She asked for clarifications, but then ignored my responses... or she doesn't have capability to be able to comprehend them. When a guest is inconvenienced because they got the wrong address, the host should at least empathize or hopefully...

« The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...
