Our team performed a whole house remodel 2020! It is our pleasure to welcome you to the beauty and splendor of Hummingbird Manor!



Hummingbird Manor is a stately, historic colonial that was a former bed and breakfast. It has been professionally interior designed with an equestrian flair and has all new furnishings with over 4,500 square feet of refined living space. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. There is a main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms are on the upper level.



The main level has a gorgeous chefs kitchen with granite counter tops . There is plenty of seating with a formal dining room that seats 8-10 people and a kitchen island that seats 6 people. There is also a Stickley sofa table that seats 3 additional people.



The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area so that everyone can be together in one space. There is also another a cozy den in a separate room across the hall perfect for reading or having a separate space for the kids to do some gaming, with pocket doors for privacy.



Outside is beautifully landscaped with a spacious deck off of the kitchen. There is also a gazebo where you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee! With five private acres, it’s like having your own little oasis tucked away from it all just over a mile from downtown center!

**Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

**Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.

**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

This beautiful, newly renovated, 4,500 square foot equestrian manor home is situated in Skaneateles on Main Street just over one mile west of Skaneateles downtown center and within a 2 mile radius to most of Skaneateles' numerous wedding venues. With downtown Skaneateles a short drive away, you have the best of both worlds, peace and tranquility and Skaneateles Lake at your fingertips!



Other Things to Note:

**Primary guest must be 30+ years required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

Guests will be responsible for damages/other additional expenses incurred during stay. Additional visitors need to pre-authorized by owner.
