Beach Front - Steps to The Sand

Wake up to sunrise at this beautifully remodeled beach house! We provide the kayaks and paddle board. With the sand, playground and beachfront path just steps away, it's the PERFECT summer spot for the entire family.

Enjoy a family walk down the 1km beach path. Or try feeding the donkeys at HighField Reserve on one end of the beach, or make lunch reservations at the iconic Brick Bay Winery and Sculpture trail down the other end of the beach. Walkable from the home is the tennis club, bowls club, library, 4square, cafes, a gym, fish 'n chips and even Monster Fun indoor playground.

Snells Beach is an extremely tidal beach and we provide the tide timings so you know when it is easy to get out on the water. This is a fantastic swimming beach for kids; however, surfers will need to drive to Omaha or Tawharanui.

With Matakana just 10 minutes away, you have easy access to countless places to dine, world class beaches to explore, wineries, boutique shops, a movie theater, Action Ninja World and dozens of hikes.

The house features 3 upstairs bedrooms and 1 upstairs bath. The dinning, kitchen, lounge and backyard are on the 2nd story of the home and you need to walk up the external staircase to access this. The lower level of the home and an oversized family suite with an on-suite bathroom on the ground level. The garage is carpeted and offers toys, a TV lounge and a pool table. Leave the garage doors open and have the most stunning views from your extra play space!

The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, refrigerator, electric stove top, mocrowave, toaster, jug, ice maker and 2-drawer dish-washer. From the kitchen and dinning area, there is easy access to the back deck which has a BBQ and outdoor lounge set and table and chairs.

There is a treehouse and trampoline higher up in the garden for children over 5 years to enjoy.

The front deck and stairs are concrete. We advise this home is likely better suited for children 4 and up, but younger children are welcome (though we encourage supervision with the staircase and road).

We are friendly hosts that are just down the road if you need us. We are happy to greet you or you can enter from the lockbox. We do not allow additional guest or parties. (You can contact us if you would like us to consider an exception.)
