Perched above Oneroa Beach, this property is one of Waiheke’s most coveted stays — peaceful, sun-drenched, and just moments from the heart of the village. From the wide deck, you’ll take in sweeping views across the bay, the perfect backdrop to slow mornings and golden-hour evenings.



The Space:

Step inside and you’ll find a home designed for easy holiday living. The open-plan kitchen and dining space connect to a generous lounge, flowing straight onto the expansive deck. Out here, an outdoor dining table and lounge seating invite long lunches, sunset drinks, and time to simply soak up the view.



The house sleeps up to nine guests across three bedrooms. The master opens onto the deck and shares the same sea views as the living area, while the second bedroom offers a quiet retreat nearby. The third bedroom, with two sets of bunks (one with a double base), can be closed off for privacy — perfect for kids or a group of friends. Two bathrooms, a laundry, and a sheltered courtyard with a BBQ complete the setup.



Everything you need is within walking distance — Oneroa Village with its cafés and boutiques, the beach just down the local path, and buses for exploring further afield.



This retreat is designed for relaxed, refined stays — perfect for families and discerning groups looking for a true island escape.



Other Things to Note:

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
