The layouts mirror each other: downstairs you've got an open kitchen and living area with direct backyard access, a ground-floor primary bedroom with 2 queens and an ensuite, and a half bath. Upstairs, 2 more bedrooms - one king, one with 2 queens - and a shared full bath. Every unit has its own washer and dryer.

Please note: the backyards are not fully fenced in - do not let your pet off-leash as they can escape.



This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
