✦ Dogs allowed, maximum of two. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.
✦ Please leave the home as you found it to avoid extra cleaning fees.
✦ Minimum age to book is 25. The person booking must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the full reservation.
