Getting around is a breeze - bike rental and scooter rentals are only a block away. Uber and Lyft rides are readily available, and you can also walk, bike, scooter, or take a bus anywhere in downtown, UT, or the East-Side of Austin. If you prefer public transportation, the metro rail stop is conveniently located at 1501 E. 5th, with schedules and maps available on the Cap Metro website.

We want you to have a relaxing and memorable stay. Here are a few extra details:

* **No Chores:** Relax until the very end! We don`t ask you to do a bunch of chores at checkout. Just leave the work to us.
* **Family-Friendly:** A pack and play is available upon request for those traveling with little ones.
* **Lake Fun:** The hike and bike trail is just blocks from the house along with paddle board rentals, etc.
* **Grilling:** If you plan on using the backyard grill, please give us a heads-up beforehand.
* **Safety:** For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
** This is an urban environment not a suburban neighborhood setting. The home is walkable to bars and restaurants and is very close to downtown Austin. Expect it to be sometimes quiet and other times bustling.
** Request a ring light or microphones for podcasting or streaming. I can supply them! I just don’t leave them out all of the time.
Please no outside noise after 10 pm.
Please don`t use glitter to decorate. We charge an extra cleaning charge if any glitter is found.
