Gut: Sauberkeit
Nothing better than walking into the house that is set to 78 degrees on a hot Texas day. This place has been neglected and needs some repairs made. Communication with the property management was fast and responsive though. Location and pool were nice and clean but that's about it. Here's the things that need to be worked on, most of which I communicated to the property manger:-the floors in the living room are coming up, there’s a section missing by the bathroom. -the bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly -the kitchen sinks smells foul-no battery in the game room ceiling fan remote, so ceiling fan is unusable-the joy sticks on arcade games are busted-speakers are busted on the vinyl player-hot tub has an extremely loud suction sound-outdoor vegetation is overgrown and neglected-everyone that stayed with us complained about the comfort of the beds. The bed in the game room still has the plastic underneath itIt has the potential to be a great stay, just hopefully the management company gets it back on track.
