A skimmer, pool net, and robot vacuum are provided for light upkeep. The spa is a sitting spa only. It does not have jacuzzi-style jets, and the heating system protection mode under 36 degrees.
For the safety of the pool equipment, pool heating is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F. During these conditions, the system enters freeze-protection mode, and the heater cannot be operated. This is a firm restriction and not an optional service.

We respect our neighbors and expect you to as well. - No pets are allowed on the premises without prior permission from PMI Austin Metro. - Any necessary extra cleaning due to excessive trash, pet hair, etc, will be subject to extra fees. This will be determined by any authorized employee of PMI Austin Metro. - You will be fined $100 per hour for an unauthorized late check-out. - After 7:00 PM any issues will be handled the following day. You must allow PMI Austin Metro to resolve any issues before reporting to your online travel agency. This includes but is not limited to, cleaning, pests, wi-fi, electricity, lighting, landscaping, pool, spa, etc. - If you attempt to cancel due to a cleaning issue we have the right to rectify the situation within 24 hours. - You must report any issues within 24 hours of entry. If any issue is mentioned in your review without notifying us we'll seek to remove the review and you'll be fined $300 for reputational damages. - If you do not report that you broke any of our property you will be fined for the repair or repurchase of the item plus $250. - Any authorized employee of PMI Austin Metro has the right to enter the premises as long as they have given you reasonable notice, regardless of whether you have confirmed receipt of notice to enter the premises. Stayed here with extended family for our daughter’s UT graduation. Loved loved the pool, hot tub, outdoor recreation area. House is very open and conducive to hanging out with a large group. Bedrooms comfy. The area the house is in is a little bit far from downtown Austin and the surrounding area is okay, but not a lot of choices for food, etc in the immediate area. But overall we were very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful 5 days down in Austin. The house was a quick drive to get downtown and just over an hour to check out San Antonio. The pool was incredible. Leaving here a little too sunkist. The house was clean and had plenty of towels.

As advertised, great pool and hot tub (though jets don’t currently work in the jacuzzi). Fairly frequent train activity just behind the house, but it’s not too noticeable inside the house and the kids quite enjoyed watching them pass. Management was quick and responsive to minor issues. Birthday Trip to Austin
We were very comfortable with the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen set up. There is a train, but seriously was not a big deal. Unfortunately there was only one lounge chair available to us. The hot tub requires an app or something and none of us ever had the bandwidth to figure out. I do wish that part was easier- there was plenty of signage not to turn on the heat to the pool though. The location was good for the places we wanted to go- plenty of Ubers were always available. So the location was fantastic if you want to go to Congress Street, 6th St. and Rainey St. you are about 15 min away at most. Overall, it was a great spot for us.
