The property is nice and has an indoor pool was reasonably priced, but we went to sleep and woke up to roaches everywhere so we checked out early and are awaiting a refund

The staff that night was rude. The toilet bowl was clogged and water was overflowing and going out from the restroom, he just handed us the plunger and when I asked if they some maintenance staff he said "No". When he saw me that I was about to complain and I was carrying with an infant, he just went inside the room and did it. That was a bad experience for me and my family

Shady practice and shady place, horrible staff. I paid for 2 nights (30May-1Jun) because i am traveling of 10 hrs driving to Austin and wont be able to check in untill 8 am of the 31Jun24. The staff told me and my wife, even we paid for the room for 2 nights. We were still not guaranteed a room because they overbooked it.
