„The cottage was really nice and clean. The only issue we had was the heater could not keep up and keep the entire place warm. It got below 30 degrees while we were there. It quit working too. We did call the property owner and we were able to cut our time there short and get a refund. Otherwise very cute clean place to stay.“

„I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the house and patio is gorgeous. It is quiet and serene and very private. There is an office off the master bedroom that is in a sun room. It was a great place to work! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved. The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay.“

„Great area away from the crowds. I only gave 4 stars because it is not suited for people with orthopaedic issues. (Ie. Bad knees and hips) the steps are very hard to negotiate and the toilet is too low. For a young person and kids its perfect.“

„We were on our way to NE Arkansas for an Eclipse viewing. I had originally booked a chain hotel. And then I found this little slice of heaven. Who wants a chain hotel experience when this is the same price?? Everything was just perfect. All the details were appreciated! Highly recommend. Do need to be able to maneuver steps to the loft. I'm one week out from knee replacement and managed it.“

Price was great, home was clean with plenty of amenities (toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, paper towels, and coffee)!! Darling charm to this historic home!“
