„Das Haus ist ideal für eine Großfamilie oder eine Gruppe mit bis zu 12 Personen. Wir waren eine 10-köpfige Gruppe von mehreren Motorradfahrern und Anhang (die nicht alle mitgefahren sind). Es bietet ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Sofas, eine Küche mit allem was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger etc. und eine schöne Essecke nebst Wintergarten und weiteren Essmöglichkeiten. Lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine um normalen Filterkaffee zu kochen, ist nicht ...

„Great property, very accommodating for a group of 13, one big family. Six bedrooms is very nice, also five bathrooms. Paul stays on the property and was extremely helpful at check-in and would pop over whenever we needed him. He even took me down to the river, which was a bit of a hike! Great place, would stay there again. “

„Für sechs Personen ein nettes kleines Haus, freundlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Töpfe könnten größer sein und eine Badewanne mit veralteten Armaturen, wo man sonst eine schöne, moderne Dusche einbauen könnte. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Cairngorms und verschiedene Seen. Pub "The winking owl" empfehlenswert, bieten auch ein "beer of the week" recht günstig an. Fußweg in den Ort ist sehr nett.“

Das Haus liegt gut für Ausflüge in die Highlands, nach Inverness ( ca.1 Stunde), Perth (1 Stunde) oder Edinburg und Glasgow ( jeweils ca. 2 Stundrn)“

Der Ort Aviemore bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und hat eine grosse Auswahl an Lokalen. Wir alle haben die Woche in Hector's House sehr genossen und auch die ruhige Lage hat dazu beigetragen.“
