To Whom It May Concern,This correspondence serves as formal notice regarding the condition of the property at the time of my arrival.Upon arrival, the property was not in a clean or sanitary condition. Specifically, all beds contained used sheets, and the restrooms were not properly cleaned. These conditions indicate that the property was not prepared in accordance with reasonable hospitality and cleanliness standards prior to occupancy.Furthermore, a cleaning crew arrived and completed the cleaning process in approximately thirty (30) minutes. Given the initial condition of the property, the brevity of the cleaning strongly suggests that the cleaning services were either not performed prior to arrival or were performed inadequately.This constitutes a material failure to provide the property in the condition represented at the time of booking. As a result, the accommodations did not meet the agreed-upon standards, resulting in significant dissatisfaction and inconvenience.Due to this experience, I do not intend to book with your company again. I will be uploading photographic evidence documenting the condition of the property upon arrival for your review and records.Please advise how this matter will be addressed.
