First of all the property is in a great location close to the heart of Beaver Creek, with nice amenities and the room(s) was well stocked, nice and clean, except for the powder bathroom in the main living area. The toilet did not look like it had been cleaned at all. A couple of comments about the listing itself. The unit is advertised as "ground floor" and while technically on the same floor as the lobby, I don't know that anyone would consider this "ground floor". It does require stairs and/or an elevator to enter/exit. Also, the listing, to my knowledge does not mention A/C? Most condos in the mountains of Colorado don't offer A/C, so I found this to be a welcome perk. Might want to mention it. Also a nice perk, for us anyway, was the fact that the unit is advertised as a two bedroom. Indeed it is, but as a lock-off. This was truly a perk for my older daughter, but maybe some families with younger kids may find the separation anxiety inducing. Again, would have been nice to know. Finally, it would have also been nice to know that the complex was undergoing a major renovation. The elevator and hallway to the unit were completely torn up and as a result my daughter picked up a hitch hiker on the way to the pool, in the form of a screw that lodge right into her flip flop pricking her foot. The construction may or may not have affected my decision to stay here, but for the money spent, well, you guessed it, that would have bee nice to know...
