« Cute cottage. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The property owners thought of all the little things from a list of local businesses to the fenced back yard for our dog. »

« We found this house in good condition. It met our needs to a tee. The house was clean upon arrival and checkin was a piece of cake. We would easily stay here again if we are in the area again. »

« Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. »

« I stayed for 4 weeks, so really got to know the place. The house is very comfy for one or for a couple that is really in love. It’s small but not tiny and is well-appointed. The street is quiet, safe and lovely. A short walk out the front door across the street to a Lake Erie overlook for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Had a couple of small hiccups early in my stay and Gil was very responsive. I would definitely return! »

« Beautiful location and setting, fantastic space for family to gather! We were in town for my daughter's college graduation. The house was a perfect hangout for between activities gathering. Enormous kitchen VERY WELL stocked with anything you could possibly need. Lovely view from the front porch, wonderful backyard for the doggo to run around. Everything was just perfect! »

« Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. »

« Perfect stay for us. We had 5 adults and one infant and we got perfectly. They had a pack and play provided which saved us a lot of stress. Was nicer than staying in a hotel. »

« There was little to like because the house was not well-cleaned, requires many repairs, and has a non-functional clothes dryer, filthy oven, poor quality bedding and towels, non-functioning lamps in the master bedroom, etc, etc. This house should be removed from the Expedia site. »

« Wonderful stay! Very clean overall & well-appointed kitchen! Nice porch & back yard seating area. Beds were comfy. Cute neighborhood. If you can handle sharing a bathroom it was fine for a family stay. The bathroom & master bedroom are on the main floor which was nice for my elderly mom. Bring your own coffee! A miscommunication led me to believe that complimentary coffee was provided, but it wasn’t. Only one small pouch of regular coffee was provided, (& 1 decaf) - maybe enough for two...
