Hotel Ayer Tawar

« The staffs were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout the 4 days 3 nights stay. The waterpark experience was so pleasant, the lifeguard was very attentive. The breakfast selection was variety and the taste satisfied our tastebuds. The island hopping activity is a must try! Sea Mosses staffs were very good in coordinating the trip. »

« Receptionist Amy was helpful during checkin. Not much changed since my last stay in March 2026. Tried hotel restaurant char kway tiow on 1st night but the dish was terrible and reported to the cashier lady. »

« I like the cleanliness , ease of parking, safe n near to where i am going. Stayed a nite. »

« Almost everything was perfect except bathroom amenities. We usually find bar soap and shampoo in almost wherever we stayed. We had two rooms and none of them had it. Although it is really small thing but makes a big difference. Otherwise I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit pangkor island. Very close to the ferry. »

« Very good »

« The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended »

« Not too far from the beach it’s a great place to go. A few restaurants nearby if you don’t want to go far! »

« The room do not have ocean view and refrigerator. The bath towel was extremely smelly and we have requested to change it. »
