"All in all the accommodation was fine. The staff was very nice, but they could have cleaned the room and emptied the trash can at least every other day. The bed was also quite small for two people, so it's better to book a room with two single beds. The WiFi access was very unnecessary as the connection was quite unreliable, especially in the evening. There was no longer a spa area, although it was still advertised as such. However, the location of the hotel is very quiet and there are good transport connections. But as a tourist I can recommend this hotel if you are only staying in the hotel for the night."

"Das Hotel ist Zentral in Watford gelegen, nicht weit ist eine Bushaltestelle Richtung Edgware und der Bahnhof Watford Junction ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Flure und Aufzüge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es stellt kein Problem dar. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Ein super Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das Londoner Umland oder London selbst zu erkunden."
