"Le personnel de la réception nous a formidablement accueillis et fournis toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour à Bristol. Informations touristiques et choses à découvrir. Notre chambre au 6eme avec vue sur l’Avon était extrêmement confortable sans aucune nuisance sonore. On recommande vivement "

"L'hôtel était top mais difficile de dormir dans le calme. Réveillé à 2h du matin par des cris, des rires et des portes qui claque. Cela à duré quelques heures. Pour le reste tout était nickel "

"Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Petit déjeuner à £40, nous avons fait l impasse et préféré un des nombreux cafés de Bath. L emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, des termes et de la zone commerçante. Le spa est magnifique malgré les créneaux horaires limités à respecter. Un bémol sur le linge de toilette qui est un peu mince et les 15 min d attente pour avoir nos clefs de chambre ( notre chambre a été donnée à un autre client qui est arrivé avant à l hôtel )"

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
