« The location of the apartment on the Vrbo site showed it off Via del Bosco. I used WhatsApp to communicate with owners. The actual site is on Via Partigiani after exitying the traffic circle from Corso Dante. Eventually Clean BnB sent me a photo of thge building with arrows indicating the outside entry and the gate to enter the garage area. The gate was closed. After a long wait I learned that one of the keys on the keychain of apartment keys was needed to open the gate. I had a FIAT Panda...

« Better instructions are needed in the apartment on how to use the oven, adjust the heating, using the lights in the apartment complex, etc. A lot of the cookware provided was damaged or had evidence of being misused and the microwave door would not close, so much of the kitchen wasn't functional.
