« We booked this property originally but due to construction, the management company had us stay in a different apartment instead. Due to that, I can't evaluate this particular apartment, but can confirm the management company was very good. They set us up in a slightly nicer apartment, closer to the city center and train station, and paid for our parking since the new apartment didn't include parking. It was a very positive experience overall. I would happily book with them again. »

« Unfortunately the coffee machine and iron were missing. And we weren’t told about a wall switch that turns on dishwasher, cooktop and extractor fan. The shower has black mold. Dirty floors and the sofa smells of stinky feet. Space was fine, wifi and air conditioning worked, beds were fine but pillows could be more comfortable. We did inform “wonderful Italy” property company the first day but only got iron and wall switch resolved night before our checkout. So we weren’t able to cook or even...

« Asked for info , told would respond no response. For 5 days we got 1 skimpy bath towel had to wash them daily. No printed info on how the appliances worked. bus schedules etc. Had to figure it out for ourselves. The apartment was very nice. The guy who let us in didn't know, just pointed out the obvious, this is a bedroom , this is a bathroom. It was very close to the train station but far from everything else. »

« Host was very nice and showed us the place before giving us the keys. He arrived at the meet up spot on time. Place was very nice and spacious, it fit our big group well. Area can be kind of scary at night, but it’s nice to be close to the train station. »

« The host was super nice and informative. This location was perfect for us to see the main tourist sites of Bologna, a lovely city. It’s literally one block from the central train station so, we made this our central place to take day trips to Parma, Modena and San Marino. Would definitely stay here again. »

« 😊 huge modern apartment. Full kitchen. Washer and DRYER. 10 minutes to train station. Great pub one street away 😒 €50 ‘cleaning fee’ collected in cash, so the listed room rate is artificially low. Annoying €10 charge if you use more than your ‘permitted’ linens and towels. Little interesting dining nearby. As with many of the managed properties, too many people involved in communication/checkin. I stay in hotels/rentals >300 nights/year »
