« I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It appeared quite old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets were very worn and even torn in places, the bed frame was scratched from years of use, and I noticed mold on some of the walls. While the host responded to messages promptly, they were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The room also did not include a kettle, and when I asked about one, I was told to heat water in a dish on the stove to make tea, which I found unusual and...

« it was advertised that there was parking for our car. Well there was, for an additional 15 euro a day. I paid it because i had no choice. I feel like i should be refunded this. This was not agreed upon during the booking process. Everything else was great with the apartment. »

« Host was very nice and showed us the place before giving us the keys. He arrived at the meet up spot on time. Place was very nice and spacious, it fit our big group well. Area can be kind of scary at night, but it’s nice to be close to the train station. »

« Asked for info , told would respond no response. For 5 days we got 1 skimpy bath towel had to wash them daily. No printed info on how the appliances worked. bus schedules etc. Had to figure it out for ourselves. The apartment was very nice. The guy who let us in didn't know, just pointed out the obvious, this is a bedroom , this is a bathroom. It was very close to the train station but far from everything else. »

« 😊 huge modern apartment. Full kitchen. Washer and DRYER. 10 minutes to train station. Great pub one street away 😒 €50 ‘cleaning fee’ collected in cash, so the listed room rate is artificially low. Annoying €10 charge if you use more than your ‘permitted’ linens and towels. Little interesting dining nearby. As with many of the managed properties, too many people involved in communication/checkin. I stay in hotels/rentals >300 nights/year »

« The host was super nice and informative. This location was perfect for us to see the main tourist sites of Bologna, a lovely city. It’s literally one block from the central train station so, we made this our central place to take day trips to Parma, Modena and San Marino. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The curtain was not properly hanged, half part of it has fallen apart, since the room was street view, we have to turn the lights off during the evening to minimize the exposure of our movements in the room. We stayed three nights there and there was no extra towels in the room. »
