„Enrico was very helpful, we had one issue in our 13 night stay that was resolved the next day (no one's fault). Access to the property was very easy and well explained. Everything was in good order. Great location between the city center and residential area. Easy enough to not rent a car if you don't want to leave the city -- but be sure to look up ZTL information & parking if you do.
