« This home is so close to the town center. The home itself had everything you need. We loved the outdoor courtyard or the upstairs sunroom for our morning coffee. The rooftop deck was so relaxing after our day trips. The host is so helpful with any information that you need. Parking was right outside the front doorway, which was convenient. This trip was only my husband and me, but I can see a large family using this home. I would definitely rent this wonderful home again! »

« This property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for what we needed. The location was right outside town, which was perfect to avoid ZTL zones and made it easy to get in and out of. Each room had its own AC. The home had a full kitchen with a washer and even a sauna! The host, Denyse, was very communicate and gave excellent instructions. I would definitely recommend this property and we plan to stay in it again when back in Cortona. »

« Cortona was ideal for us, limited tour groups, relatively quiet and central for touring, everything within 1 hour (1.5 hour to Florence). Il Roseto very comfortable beds, excellent garden/patio, cosy kitchen and lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. You have to learn the Cortona/Italian way to park but is manageable. We stayed a month, excellent time and agents very helpful »

« What a great place. The house is large, clean and in a location with fabulous views. The owners were helpful and I would definitely stay there again. It even has a wonderful pool with fantastic views. There are no negatives with this place, had a great vacation. »
