« Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

« Very convenient and a beautifull terrasse to have breakfast with an amazing vue on Arezzo! »

« Hotel is clean. Well equiped staff are helpful. A bit out of town but everything else is good. »

« We had a rental car and reserved this hotel based on the parking. We were informed by email that the garage was 15 euro a night and was a 2 minute walk to the hotel..both were false. The walk from the garage is all uphill and with luggage took us about 12 minutes. When we went to leave the garage we had to pay 25 euros. The garage attendant told us to get the 10 euro refund from the hotel. I have emailed proprietor several times asking for a refund but have never received a response. ...

« Excellent accueil, logement spacieux, lits confortables et parking zones bleues proches. Je recommande ! »

« The BiBi was perfect for my needs. Its location is excellent, and the room had all the needed amenities. Fabio was a gracious host, orienting me to Arezzo and recommending a wonderful trattoria close by. I highly recommend and hope to return! »

« We absolutely loved our stay at Agriturismo Cuprena. All the staff were welcoming, kind, thoughtful and professional from the moment we arrived. It was a beautiful place to stay, our room was excellent, and the service fabulous. The 'farm stay' exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone who made it so special. »

« Magnifique!! »
