„We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again.“

„Wir haben das Haus zum zweitem Mal als Zwischenstop genutzt. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Lage sind prima, Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Objekt. Das Flair passt zum Comer See, wir fanden es sehr schön! Vielen Danke!“

„Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c. There was a pool on the property all to ourselves so that was a huge help after a long hot day of sight seeing and a great way to cool down. Most European ...

„What a beautiful flat in such a great location in Como. Plenty of space to relax and really enjoyed the balcony to sit outside. Check in and communication with host was great. Only thing to be mindful of is that it’s in a very central area with lots of (people) traffic so it can be a bit noisy at night. Overall though, highly recommend!!!“

"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat es ermöglicht, dass wir früher Einchecken durften. Hinzu kommt noch dazu, dass sie sehr Aufmerksam waren und als Geburtstagsgeschenk eine Flasche Champagner, Kuchen und eine Karte im Zimmer hinterlassen haben. "

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super, nahe am Bahnhof, nahe an der Altstadt und direkt am Markt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und ausreichend groß. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack Etwas dabei."

"Sehr gutes Hotel und hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüsst. Eines der Highlights ist der interne Shop. Man findet dort u.a. Mineralwasser & weitere Nahrungsmittel und praktische Produkte für Reisende. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm. Grosses Bad. Bequemes Bett. Sehr nett ist auch, dass als Willkommensgeschenk Mineralwasser im Zimmer platziert war. Das Hotel ist auch sehr gut gelegen und in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Como S. Giovanni. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werde, falls ich wieder nach Como reise, auf jeden Fall gerne wieder dort einkehren."

Excelente hotel

"Excelente recepción y mejor estadía. Nos ha recibido Maya, si mal no recuerdo, muy amable y profesional. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y con hermosas vistas. Limpieza 10 puntos. Desayuno abundante y el personal encantador. Es nuestra segunda visita a este Hotel y nos vamos muy conforme. La única sugerencia sería bajar un poco la calefacción ya que estaba muy alta y no se podía graduar. Nos han sugerido abrir la ventana pero no nos pareció muy “amigable con el medioambiente."
