« The apartment was very nice and well furnished with kitchen and bath supplies. The beds and linens were comfortable and above average quality. The host was the most attentive host I have ever had and speaks perfect English. The only thing I would say is Perugia has the most twisty and hilly roads I have ever seen. Do what you can to check in while daylight so you can best find the place. You can’t just pull up to the front door. You have to park in the back, which takes another couple roads...

« Situation dans le centre historique idéale, vous ferez tout à pied (courses, shopping, restaurants, concerts…). Appartement tout confort à la décoration personnalisée et chaleureuse. Accès par un escalier très facile. Climatisation et Wi-Fi. Superbe vue sur la vieille ville. Parking payant (maximum 17€ la journée) très proche. Parking gratuit dans la rue du parking… avec un peu de chance. Et des propriétaires très sympathiques! »

« What can I say - just fabulous appartment with so much space! Comfortable beds, bathrooms superb and as for the location, it’s near to the old town and minimetro nearby (Pincetto) means it’s so easy to cross town. Especially easy to get to the main station. Simona recommended good restaurants and was so quick to respond. Would recommend to everyone. »

« The apartment is centrally located and close to numerous restaurants. It is very clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group of five adults. We were met by our very kind host, who thoroughly explained the apartment's features. One of the bathroom's tubs was not working, but we were able to make do with the remaining bathrooms' facilities. Although we were prepared for a small, European washing machine, we found it to be problematic, even though we followed the directions...

"Un hôtel plutôt agréable avec du personnel agréable mais qui parle surtout italien seulement. Restaurant à l'ancienne avec une belle cuisine qui vaut la peine (ne vous laissez pas abuser par le manque de convives, hélas). Piscine calme et à l'abri , attention en saison seulement et de 7 à 19h. Chambre refaite mais l'âge de l'hôtel se fait sentir: - air conditionné un peu bruyant, il vaut mieux l'éteindre pour la nuit. - salle de bain fonctionnelle mais vieillotte, équipements complets (WC+ bidet) ; bémol sur l'éclairage : joli mais insuffisant pour se maquiller. - matelas à ressorts qui communique les mouvements des dormeurs entre eux ; vous êtes prévenus. Est-ce que nous reviendrons? Probablement. Bien situé avec parking gratuit, borne de recharge publique à 100m, supermarché ouvert 7jours/7 en face, transport publique à 200m environ."
