« Giuseppe couldn't have been a more helpful host from the checkin, the introduction to the apartment, to offering recommendations for shopping, sightseeing, and dining. His enthusiasm for Perugia, Umbria, and his Villa were evident in every conversation. The apartment was perfect with fully equipped bath and kitchen. « This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. We were greeted by Bianca who made sure everything was right, and served a meal, we had planned ahead, that was delicious. Food kept coming, and our quests were in awe. « The villa is so cute and charming. Super close to the city center. Giuseppe was incredibly kind, even drove us around and showed us where things were! Perugia was our favorite destination (and we went to a few big places)! It is absolutely beautiful. So so worth it! »

"The hotel and facilities were very good, the staff at the restaurant and the desk was very friendly and efficient. However, there was a constant lack of clean towels at the room, on day of arrival there was one large towel for two guests, the last day there were no towels at all. The staff at the reception was helpful on sorting this unecessary problem"
