„Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. „The property is very spacious with high ceilings in very nice building. It was so great to come in this apartment after visiting Lecce and the near by places. We felt at home, it was very clean and we are close to a lot of cafes, shops and of course to the city center. We enjoyed the beautiful big terrace and the fact that the house is fully equipped with ACs. Thank you! “

„The apartment has a great location, but that´s where it ends. It was supposed to have wifi included, but we had to pay €35 for the week we stayed there. During a heavy rainfall the electrical wires in the bathroom caught on fire resulting in no power in half the apt. We had the washing machine going which stopped working. „Luigi ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger und zuverlässiger Vermieter, der alles dafür tut, dass es einen Gästen gut geht. Wir hatten fast täglich Kontakt und konnten uns mit allen Fragen an Luigi wenden. Zu unserer Überraschung war der Kühlschrank gefüllt. Es gab einen leckeren Begrüssungswein, Wasser, Milch, Espresso und jede Menge Dinge, mit denen man ein gutes italienisches Frühstuck machen konnte. Roberto went out of his way to accommodate us on our day of departure by bringing us snacks, offering us coffee, letting us stay in the living room before driving us to the train station.
