« I would love to give this review 5 stars because the location is amazing (right outside of a lake, beautiful mountains, across from a bus stop) and the home is incredibly clean and the hosts provide some tourism recommendations and bus passes/etc. that are extremely helpful. However, I have to opt for 3 stars because of how unbelievably stressful the check in process was that led our group to being several hours behind schedule, stranded and on the phone with VRBO because the check-in process...

« Overall had a fantastic stay. Location was second to none: on the lake, short drive from hikes, Interlaken, etc. Excellent communication with hosts. Only down side was the heat. 28C days with sun coming through the (lovely) patio windows turns the place into a sauna. The poor tiny air conditioner couldn't keep up and we couldn't close the patio blinds for 'safety reasons'. Loft far to hot to sleep so had to sleep on the couch. Would be a perfect stay if slightly cooler »
