« Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Hingegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Fernseher und kein Warmwasser(zumindest nicht so wie es uns erklärt wurde) ...absolut unterirdische Verhältnisse. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Betten waren wie in einer Jugendherberge sehr unbequem und viel zu klein für ausgewachsene Menschen. Es gab keine Küche und auch keinen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Local transportation all very close.Central Milan station 8min taxi ride, less than 20min walk.My only suggestion is to make potential rentors aware that check-in process can be a bit complicated. I expect elderly couple may have difficult time going to open key box and understand all the steps needed.Video instructions on how to check-in is exceptional, but again not going to be the same for everyone.
