„Clean room close to train station. But there was no hot water the 1 night I stayed. The staff knew about the problem and were trying to fix it. No shower the next day.“

Hier unsere Bewertung.

„Terrible hotel. I booked for two days then added another day. I was moved around 3 times as apparently they have multiple buildings. No elevators. No WIFI information. No help.“

„Perfekt!

„The host was very helpful! I recommend this place and would return again. Close to the train station.“

„Alles super“

„The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed“

„Friendly owners/staff. Great communication. Central location with excellent access to city trams.“

„There‘s just one single positive aspect about this accomodation: it‘s very close to the duomo square and thus good for sightseeing. BUT it is really dirty, has a moldy bathroom and is loud. The room is completely different from any of the photos shown. There is a window to a main floor, where the light goes on and off whenever another person passes by. I‘m travelling a lot for both business and leisure. This was one of the worst rooms I had in years … maybe ever.“

„A very nice apartment, modern, very tidy. The location of the apartment is very good and very well accessible by metro. The hosts are very friendly! Enjoyed my stay a lot. “

„The hotel was in a perfect spot - right by a train station. It has air conditioning, which was essential in the summer. Our host gave us restaurant recommendations, and we had a great time. We would go back again.“
