« Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! »

« Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Hingegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Fernseher und kein Warmwasser(zumindest nicht so wie es uns erklĂ€rt wurde) ...absolut unterirdische VerhĂ€ltnisse. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Betten waren wie in einer Jugendherberge sehr unbequem und viel zu klein fĂŒr ausgewachsene Menschen. Es gab keine KĂŒche und auch keinen kleinen KĂŒhlschrank im Zimmer. DafĂŒr dass man sich selbst verpflegen muss sollte ein KĂŒhlschrank vorhanden...

« Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...
